Wilshire Landmark I is cooled by 50 ton floor-based units. Heating is provided by perimeter electric heat. The variable air volume system controls the air quantity to each zone providing maximum tenant comfort. The entire system is controlled by a computer based Energy Management System by Siemens.

Tenants have the capability to request after-hours HVAC via a phone-based system.
